These terms apply to transport and tour services arranged through Elite Salzburg Transfers & Tours.

1. Booking

All bookings are confirmed in writing after agreement on dates, pricing and itinerary details. A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it with you.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are valid until booking confirmation. Seasonal pricing may apply for certain dates. The final price is confirmed in writing before your travel day.

3. Payment

Payment methods and timing are agreed individually at booking confirmation. This website does not process payments automatically.

4. Changes and Cancellation

Amendments and cancellations are handled personally and are subject to availability. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Liability

We provide private transportation services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new bookings.
