What we collect
Booking requests
When you submit a booking request, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, an optional alternative WhatsApp number, your country, travel date and time, pickup direction, number of passengers, flight airline and flight number (if applicable), the service you selected, your payment-method preference, your optional tip preference, and any notes you add.
We use this information only to respond to your request, calculate the quoted price, arrange your transfer or tour, and contact you about it. Booking requests are stored as records on this website and are sent by email to us, with a confirmation email sent to you. This website does not process payments online — your payment entry is a preference only, and payment is arranged directly with us.
Enquiries
If you use our contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, any alternative WhatsApp number you provide, the type of enquiry, a date, and your message. We use these details only to answer you.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, our site opens a prefilled message in your own WhatsApp application. Nothing is sent to us until you send it yourself. Any message you send us is processed by us under this policy and by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Reviews
If you submit a review, we collect your name, your email address, the service you used, your rating, and your review text. Your name, rating, service and review text may be published on our Reviews page after moderation. Your email address is used for moderation only and is not displayed publicly.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server log data (such as IP address, time of access and requested page) for security and operation of the site. This website does not create user accounts and does not accept blog comments.
Cookies and similar technologies
